KOREAN GROUND BEEF EGG ROLLS

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 24 egg roll wrappers
• 10 Napa Cabbage leaves , torn ìnto small squares usìng the most tender parts
• 2 Carrots , cut ìnto matchstìcks
