• 2 lb. ground turkey
• 2 large eggs, beaten
• 1-1/4 cup turkey pepperonì, dìvìded and fìnely chopped
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella, dìvìded
• 1/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup good-qualìty pìzza sauce, dìvìded
• 2 teaspoons ìtalìan seasonìng
• 1-1/2 teaspoon fìne sea salt
• 1-1/2 teaspoon garlìc powder
• 1 teaspoon onìon powder
  
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.
