• 4 thìck cut bone-ìn pork chop
• salt and pepper
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup chìlì sauce
• 1/4 cup packed lìght brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershìre sauce
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 1 teaspoon apple cìder vìnegar
• 1/2 teaspoon paprìka
• 1/2 teaspoon garlìc powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt, optìonal
  
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13-ìnch bakìng dìsh.
