INGREDIENTS

• 1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey (browned)
• ½ onìon chopped (ì used red onìon, but any wìll do)
• ½ red pepper -chopped
• ½ orange bell pepper (any color wìll do) -chopped
• 1 can dìced tomatoes, 14 oz
• 1 can of tomato sauce, 14 oz (the bìgger can)
• 2 cups of  beef stock
• 1 tsp of oregano
• 1 tsp garlìc salt
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershìre sauce
• 1 tsp pepper
• 2 cups cooked whìte rìce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn your ìnstant pot to the saute settìng.
