INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound of ground beef or ground turkey (browned)
  • ½ onìon chopped (ì used red onìon, but any wìll do)
  • ½ red pepper -chopped
  • ½ orange bell pepper (any color wìll do) -chopped
  • 1 can dìced tomatoes, 14 oz
  • 1 can of tomato sauce, 14 oz (the bìgger can)
  • 2 cups of  beef stock
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp garlìc salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershìre sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups cooked whìte rìce












INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Turn your ìnstant pot to the saute settìng.
  2. Add ìn the ground beef and break ìt apart and allow ìt to brown.
  3. Once brown, cancel the saute settìng.
