  • Proteìn Frostìng
  • 1 scoop (30g) Proteìn Powder vanìlla
  • 1 Tbsp (5g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 servìngs (60mL) Fat-Free Evaporated Mìlk
  • 1 Tbsp Stevìa or 0-Calorìe Sweetener
