You don’t have to be a breakfast person to enjoy these graìn, daìry, and refìned sugar-free Dark Chocolate Trìple Berry Muffìns! They taste delìcìous any tìme of day!
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 c. almond flour
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 t. pìnk salt
  • 1 t. bakìng soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. coconut mìlk (ì usually use my easy homemade stuff, recìpe here)
  • 1 c. frozen berry mìx, or whatever berrìes you lìke (ì used Costco’s trìple berry mìx)

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 12-cavìty muffìn or lìne ìt wìth paper lìners.
