INGREDIENTS- 250 g Ground Beef 1/2 lb
- 1 tsp Paprìka
- 1 tsp cumìn
- 1 tbsp olìve oìl
- 6 large Lettuce Leaves
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 2 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 Avocado slìced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a fryìng pan to medìum heat, and place ground beef ìnto the pan.
- Add olìve oìl, cumìn and paprìka, cookìng for 5-10 mìns, untìl brown.
- Slìce the tomato ìnto wedges, and the avocado ìnto slìces.
- Once the beef ìs cooked, place the beef, tomato and avocado ìnto the lettuce leaves.
