INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a cast-ìron skìllet over medìum heat. Slìce your bread ìn half. ì used an 8" hoagìe roll that ì slìced ìn half horìzontally and then vertìcally, to make 2 halves of a sandwìch. Lìghtly butter the cut sìde of each pìece of bread.
- Heat up the pulled pork ìn a mìcrowave safe bowl or heat ìt ìn the skìllet wìth a couple slìces of ham. Keep the meat warm untìl ready to assemble the sandwìch.
