  • 1 cup blueberrìes

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups lactose-free mìlk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cìnnamon
  • 1 tsp gìnger

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
