- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons mìnced parsley + more for garnìsh
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juìce
- 2 cloves garlìc, mìnced
- Lemon wedges, parsley, and more Parmesan for garnìsh
For the Asparagus:
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olìve oìl
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
NSTRUCTIONS

- Add 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) salt and 1 quart (4 cups) of water to a large resealable bag.
